What Elixir provides

Elixir CareConnect is a facilitation service. We help international patients discover treatments, connect with accredited hospitals and doctors, obtain estimates, and coordinate travel and stay. Elixir does not provide medical treatment and is not a hospital, clinic or medical practitioner. All clinical decisions are made by the treating hospital and its doctors.

Estimates and costs

Any prices shown on this site are indicative estimates based on typical cases. Your final plan and cost are determined by the treating hospital after reviewing your medical reports. Estimates are not a quotation, an offer, or a guarantee of price or outcome.

Medicines

Elixir Impex Medicines handles medicine enquiries as a separate, regulated activity. Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription and only where legally permitted in the destination country. Prices shown are catalogue references, not an offer to sell. Every enquiry is reviewed before any quotation is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and genuine medical documents.
• Follow the guidance of your treating doctors.
• Comply with the laws of your own country regarding treatment and medicines.

No guaranteed outcomes

Medical treatment carries inherent risks. Elixir makes no promises about treatment results. We do not claim to be the “best” or “number one” and do not publish unverified accreditations or testimonials.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elixir is not liable for the medical services provided by hospitals or doctors, or for decisions you make based on information on this site. Our role is limited to facilitation and coordination.
