Sharing your reports and receiving hospital options is free and stays free. Paid plans exist for patients who want faster turnaround and deeper coordination.
What you are paying for
You are paying Elixir CareConnect for coordination work— chasing hospitals, comparing options, preparing summaries and managing your journey. You are not paying us for a medical opinion. Clinical opinions come from the treating doctors at the hospital, who are responsible for them. We never charge you for the doctor’s time without telling you it is the hospital’s fee.
Plans available on request
Tell us your condition and what you need coordinated, and we will send you the options and costs that apply to your case. The free report review is available to everyone either way.
Before you pay us anything
- · A free report review is always available. You never have to pay to find out whether treatment in India is realistic for you.
- · Any fee is confirmed to you in writing, with what it covers, before you pay.
- · A coordination fee is separate from hospital costs. See payment options.
- · Paying us does not change clinical decisions, speed up a visa, or guarantee a hospital will accept your case.
- · Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
