How we handle what you write

We publish your review only if you tick the consent box — and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
We check every submission against a real patient record before it appears, so no invented reviews can reach the site.
You choose the name shown. Initials or a first name only are perfectly fine.
Your email is used to verify you and is never shown publicly.
